This new trailer for Frankenweenie reveals a lot more of the plot and story for this Tim Burton’s animated adventure, but I’m not sure if that’s such a good thing. I wasn’t sold on the film before, but I did think it looked charming and cute. Now, it looks a tad too eccentric and outlandish for me. I understand the stop-motion “charm” of these characters and whatnot, but do they all to be designed to look…well, that weird?

  1. Is this a feature-length film? The original was just under 30 minutes long so if they have to remake it they might as well make it longer, I suppose.

wouldn’t be a Tim Burton movie without the weird looking characters . just hoping he’s work is more inspired in animation , Dark Shadows was a wrong turn .
